The Off-Campus Housing Coordinator is here to help all international and domestic students navigate the housing market before and after your arrival in your campus city. Services offered year-round for all domestic and international students:

Guidance navigating the housing market and local resources in Kingston, Cornwall, and Brockville
Tenancy education and resources for first-time renters
Review of lease agreements
Assistance addressing issues during tenancy, landlord mediation, and support

Signing Rental Contracts

Beware of rental scams that are prevalent. A common tactic scammers use is requesting advance payment before allowing a property viewing. Never send money or commit to any agreements without thoroughly reviewing the details and being entirely confident in the legitimacy of the offer.
