Do you have an idea for a club, group, or student lead activity? The Cornwall Student Union is here to help students create opportunities to connect, collaborate, and get involved.
If you need a space to meet, supplies to get started, or support brining your idea to life, come to the Shark Tank (A1040). Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Select Date and Timeslot: Choose your preferred date, then select an available booking time. Once chosen, you're booked automatically for 2 hours. If you need more time, simply book again.

Confirm Booking: Review the Terms and Conditions, then click "Next" to confirm your booking.

Student Information: Fill in the required details and click “Book Now”.

Confirmation: An immediate confirmation email will be sent.

Cancellation: To cancel, use the link provided in your confirmation email.

Get the Key: Collect the club room key from the Cornwall Student Union office and leave your student card. If your booking is after 4:00pm, pick up and return the key at the security office.

Bookings will be abdicated within 15 minutes of the start time if the clubs room key is not collected.

Restrictions: There is a six-hour weekly booking limit for each student.

Please note: The club’s room cannot be booked on behalf of peers.
