Service Description

Secure two (2) hours of exclusive club room access with our convenient booking service! Select Date and Timeslot: Choose your preferred date, then select an available booking time. Once chosen, you're booked automatically for 2 hours. If you need more time, simply book again. Confirm Booking: Review the Terms and Conditions, then click "Next" to confirm your booking. Student Information: Fill in the required details and click “Book Now”. Confirmation: An immediate confirmation email will be sent. Cancellation: To cancel, use the link provided in your confirmation email. Get the Key: Collect the club room key from the Cornwall Student Union office and leave your student card. If your booking is after 4:00pm, pick up and return the key at the security office.

Cancellation Policy

Users should cancel bookings they no longer need to free up the space for others using the link on booking confirmation email.
